I have this guy...it's a toadstool leather. Mine loves the light and a moderate flow. It will close up periodically and look really waxy and shed its skin for growth and to get rid of the excess detritus on it. Also I run carbon to in my chamber so it's toxins don't get in my water. I have a nano tank so its probably dependent upon the size of the tank. Good luck...I love mine!

Actually it's probably the lights....the little tentacles are tan and the coral is pinkish/purple

Mine or his? They look alike...but that ine looks more branching...ours look flat

Yes well it's flat and has a stem like a mushroom....is that how devils hand looks?

Well although mone has no extending flesh like yours it definitely looks very similar!

Yes it's beautiful! Mine is definitely not that big when its fully extended it's probably about 8" in diameter......
