I bought this at a frag swap in 2011. I was hoping someone would recognize it's trade name if it has one. It is different from the tyree war coral in that it has sections of Purple

Okay so faviia is it's scientific and war coral is it's trade name?

I believe these are classified as Favites pentagona. Common name war coral. Very nice one you have there.
