Coral tips bleaching or growth?

Add this Coral to my tank 3 weeks ago. Is this Coral growth or is the light bleaching tip of my Coral?

Looks like growth. My purple stylo recently started growing out and has the same white tips.

It's growth, just keep replenishing the elementz the coral is using up from the salt water.

Thanks. I was hoping it was growth. I am just now taking the plunge in to sps. In hopes that I will have a tank that looks like them too. Thanks again.
