CoralBox Dosing App

Hi guys. I just need some help with the app.

I currently have the Galaxy S9. The app is not working for me. It keeps reverting back to the main screen. Please see video. Any help appreciated!



I have contacted coral box help but they have not reached back.

I had the same problem with a 1st gen Pixel. Never did work... had to use a different Android device to access that app. My 3rd gen Pixel works fine. Also had a problem with that app not allowing me to connect the device to a wifi network that was unsecured... no password. Wouldn't allow me to connect without entering a password. I sent that to Coral Box's support, they were unable, or unwilling, to assist.

The app is not the best... but the device itself is solid, for the price.

What he’s trying to say is just use the pump network only don’t connect the pump through the network at your home using your home router, just use the pump itself, I think the network name is “dosing123” or something like that. @reefbreeders they have like three videos explaining how to connect the pump. Yes. I have seen majority of available videos and followed the directions. The issue is not connection, it is their app not working for me. They told me to use another phone but that will not solve the issue beyond the set up. I will not be able to control the pump in the future without relying on a friends phone.

I will probably get a different brand with a way to connect on the phone and possibly online. Similar to AI products.

And it also does not help that their communication is not easily understandable. Timezone is also different and I can only get one email back and forth once a day.
