I was looking at my frag tank today and it seems like the hammers, torches, and frogspawn are not as bright and vibrant as they usually are. I tested my chem and here is what I got:
Temp 74
Salinity 1.023
pH 7.9
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20ish
Phosphate 0.08
Alk 9
Calcium 440
Iron 0
Iodine 0.06
Potassium <320

My biggest question is does the iron Iodine and potassium make a big difference?

Temp seems a bit low...has it always been at 74? Seems cool, but if it has been working for you, then it's not an issue.

They've been in the tank for about a month now. I set it up after tearing down my display tank. Running an LED with T5 supplement, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

If your led and T5 are full intensity for 12 hours, too much light could be the issue. I have Kessil 360WE led's and 4 T5 retrofits on my mostly SPS tank. I ramp the Kessils up for 3 hours, run them at 85% with the T5's for 6 hours, then turnoff theT5's and ramp down the Kessils for three hours.

id say its the diatoms or the algae that's growing on the frag racks. The zoas are doing the umbrella thing. that's usually in indicator of a chemical stressor. Id run carbon or freshen it. A WC wouldn be a bad idea.
after a month they should be acclimated to the light.

I just did a large water change, maybe 40%, about a week ago. And the carbon is only 2 weeks old. Two weeks ago I added a dual reactor using gfo and carbon

interesting. not sure how you have Po4 in a frag tank with that aggressive use of gfo.
fwiw the nasty stuff on the rack is pretty common.
