I'm glad I'm not the only one naming my fish! >.<

Oldest Seahorse: Sea Biscuit
Cleaner Shrimp: Jacques (Nemo)
Dwarf Puffer: Mr. Puff Puff
Mystery Wrasse: Boss/Big Man
My oldest and biggest blue leg crab: King Crab
Reef Angler: Goob (Red Goobler from Solar Opposites)
Bi-Colored Goat Fish: Goatman (Think Goatman's Bridge)

The rest have generic nicknames. For example my 2 orange clowns are just Nemos and my black clowns are Emo Nemos. The rest are dubbed lil guy.

I have a goofy theme:

Pair of Clownfish - Pizza & Penne
Cleaner Shrimp - Scampi
Starry Blenny (on order) - Ravioli
All of the snails share the name Parmesan
They all live in the "pasta water"

I don't have a lot of named fish at the moment... It never seems to turn out well lol
But here's the ones I have named:

Chip (chocolate tang)
Muscovy (starry blenny, looks like it has a bill!)
Chevy the 2nd (PJ cardinal)

I have had 2 trios of PJ cardinals over the years, both times naming them after the 3 Amigos (Chevy Chase, Steve Martin & Martin Short). Both trios dwindled down to Chevy over time for unknown reasons.

Not necessarily a corny name, but my bird wrasse pair are named Kew and Tewla after my quaker parrot who recently passed away. One of those perfect fit moments.

I name inverts too! Years ago, I had a longspine urchin that my brother named K.Y.I.Y.S (kill you in your sleep) because of it's giant 'eye' that turned out to be the anus. I currently have a Biota Squammie named Jake in honor of Jake Adams, who I bought the animal with.
I name my Cynarina as well, various names thoughrout the years are as follows:
Big pickle (dark green)
Dayglo (red with green guts) RIP
Fritter (solid red Indophyllia) RIP
Cola (Maroon Indophyllia)
Doom (red and orange)
Thimble (small greyish Acantho)
Gooseberry (lime with striations)
Iceberg (V-shaped lime)
Cobbler (ultra puffy maroon)
Angie (bright orange possible hybrid)
Medusa (multi-headed rainbow)
Celery (Oblong lime)

If my new Mag lives long enough, I'm naming him Kermit. Lime tentacles with a yellow foot.

We had a Harry Potter theme going with our fish when we first started the tank but that has gone the wayside over the years.
Now the only ones we refer to by names are a pair of Halloween Crabs named Jack and Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas.
Must say though, I'm loving seeing all the names people come up with and their meanings, this is awesome!
