O. compressus looks really close, but maybe not quite right.
 
Photo isn't the best, but look like Blackstripe cardinalfish to me.
(Ostorhinchus nigrofasciatus)
 
Need a better picture but they are for sure a kind of Cardinalfish, possible genus Ostorrinchus.
^+1 to this - pictures under white light would go a long towards an ID.

They look like one of the striped species of the Ostorhinchus genus (O. compressus, O. nigrofasciatus, O. cyanosoma, etc.) to me, but I don't know which one for sure. Based on what I can see of the stripe pattern and the coloration, my guess would be Ostorhinchus cyanosoma, as it looks like one of the stripes near the top of each fish doesn't extend all the way to the tail, and the color looks darker at the face than further back (it doesn't usually look so extreme O. cyanosoma, but it can - I'm not sure if it is actually that extreme on the fish you show or if it's just a byproduct of the lighting for the pictures though).
