Cowfish + Safety Stop?

I've got a small Cowfish in the mail from LiveAquaria. I dont have a quarantine setup.

I'm wondering safety stop would be worth it? Anything else I should do instead?

The manufacturer states that it is not intended as a replacement for normal quarantine practices.

They can get big (not sure how big), don’t think they munch corals but if they’re stressed might emit a toxin that’s deadly for everything in the tank.

I’m not sure though that’s just what I heard.
