crazy reef tanks on MTV cribs

my g/f was channel flipping, and saw an amazing reef tank on an MTV cribs episode, and yelled for me to come into the room to see it.

i have no idea who the house was owned by, but it was some big guy named "Roy" i think, i think he's some kind of athlete. but he has several reef tanks, the largest was a complete cylinder that he actually dove into. i couldnt tell if the corals were real, but they looked it!


anyone got a clue what i'm talking about? or a link to more details on his crib?

That is exactly what I thought too, but I figured I was out of the loop and that the website was correct.

the tank was HUGE!!!!

AND, he had like 4 or 5 other reef tanks in the house, all over 100g each!

i dont know if any had real corals though, the first big tank (the cylinder), definitely looks like real corals. but he had a diver inside the tank cleaning the glass, then at the end of the show he jumped in the tank also, with a snorkle!

i know if i had real corals in a tank that big, like big sps stags that were several feet big, theres NO WAY i would take a chance in breaking them by jumping in the tank.

......i think he also had a small reef shark in that big tank, just like the small reef shark i saw at the georgia aquarium's reef exhibit.
