Critter ID?!!??

I seen these critters as I was cleaning out one of my chambers. Its was in a green ball of algae.. I don’t know if it’s a bristle worm.. I also think I’ve see these little wiggle monsters under a microscope a few weeks back but just seeing them with my own eye freaked me out. Anyone have an idea on what exactly they are.

Well, they're definitely polychaetes (bristleworms) of some kind, but I can't see the head/chaetae (the bristles) well enough to attempt an ID beyond that.

Like most polychaetes, though, they're probably harmless (aside from if you touch the bristles)/beneficial CUC.
