So, a semi cryptic zone is no light and medium flow? Crypric zone is no light and low flow?

Yes although I'm sure you would get some benefit out of no light and high flow as well but it isn't recommended. Technically any time you have extra water and live rock I'd bet you are getting some added benefit. To get the best value try to go low flow because sponges certainly have some benefit even if mostly for biodiversity purposes.

But low flow is how much flow?

If I have a 7 gallon crypto zone, low flow will be how much? 30 GPH? 50? 100?
