Yeah I’m currently working on setting up a hospital tank for it, unfortunately I do not have any Cipro on hand but I have ordered some express and I have a buddy who has a tab I am getting tomorrow.

Make sure it gets enough light.
Light is its food source. You ca try to feed it a little where there is some tenticals. Incase flow is too low evrery now and then use a plastic spoon to swirle water movement and suck out any debris if you see any. Lastly if you might want to do iodine dip to help any infections..

NO. NO FEEDING. No need for Cipro either. No need to move it, unless you think it's on it's way out.

Here are photos of my CSB right after it go stuck on my Gyre, to today...

It was never isolated, never treated, and only fed when all of its tentacles had grown back.

That's awesome, but I'd rather err on the side of caution. Cipro definitely is not a miracle solution and I'll be the first to admit that it may not magically make this nem bounce back, but chances of cipro hurting it are slim. I'd rather prevent a bacterial infection before it happens in this case. I have had many, many nems over the years (50+) and I've seen it go both ways when they get injured in a pump or powerhead and you leave it alone to heal. A number of times they will heal just fine, but others times they didn't. I wouldn't take one case as gospel.

For sure don't feed it yet. Light is plenty fine for now.
