I’m currently QTing my remaining fish after an out break of ich.

I started with cupramine, then threw reading , found out it’s not safe for wrasses. Immediately did a 90% water change and added carbon.

I went to my LFS and they had some Kordon copper aid ( not the best, but being in Canada, were limited to what we have access to)..

Would it be ok for me to start treatment with copper aid? Knowing there’s 10% of my cupramine left ? I have multiple copper test kits...

Don't want to mix medications. Also I have ranlre wrasses through cupramine than I can count. It's more the fact the wrasse may need more time to ramp up to the therapeutic dosage. Never lost a wrasse while trying to treat with copper.

That being said you will want to keep a close eye on him to make sure that he is not stressed out. If you notice this bring down copper levels.

Also to get rid of cupramine you can just use carbon if you have it on hand. Or just do another water change.
