In your opinion when it come to glass and only glass tanks what is the maximum dimensions and gallons would you get a tank custom made? Weight and moving the tank isn't a factor

I dunno about length but I own a 30” deep tank and routine maintenance sucks wind ... 24” is the max practical depth IME

Depends on space, budget, weight capacity and what you want to stock tank with.
I had a 360g that was 72" L and 30" deep and 34" tall
