How did you try to contact customer service? I submitted a ticket on their website and someone from tech emailed me within 10 minutes and called me a couple minutes after that.
I submitted the form on their website a couple of times, emailed a couple of times and tagged them on R2R threads a few times. Nothing. They don’t even appear to have replied to anyone in their own sponsor forum in months.
Reading through the other Hanna threads suggest I am not alone.
