I'm currently acquiring the components for a new tank, 92 Gallon corner. (If you know someone selling one, let me know.) I have a bunch of what I need, including rock that is cycling, along with some Marine Pure balls. My question, is it worth or is there any benefit to cycling sand too? Should I get it and throw it in with the rock or no??

I did not cycle my sand when switching it out 100% in a ten year old tank. Used wet pack sand from caribsea

Took tank apart, took out old sand, put in new, put back together no cycle.

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
