Cyno mat on sandbed

Was thinking it could be my lighting being too strong or on too long?

I feel like there are nutrients in my tank so don’t think it’s that.
They are only viewable on my open sand spots. Don’t look like there are anywhere else at this point.
 
Retested phosphates and they are between .25-.5
 
Diatoms look like hair? I’m loooking at this and it’s like tiny hair strands.
 
So just did small water change last night and cleaned filters. Came how today and seems worse than before :(
