Cyphastrea Coral placement

Any thoughts on the best place to put cyphastrea coral.
I have a skittles bomb and a Hell's Gate

I've had cyphastrea grow in all places of my tank from the sand bed, to the top of the tank walls, inches from my light fixture.

On an island or rock by itself. Once it gets going it will encrust over everything.
