D.E. FILTRATION FOR HEAVY FEEDING. FISH & NPS CORALS

so I'm going to tie in to a hose bib which is next to the display tank and use the pressure of the water to control the modified sprinkler valve with solenoid valves and programmable timer from the five pump doser. so the smaller valve in the picture is normally open this of course is open to relieve the pressure from the quarter inch tubing when modified sprinkler valve is open

This came in, going to test it, then wire and install it into the display tank , , for DE filtration system.

black pump is part of the system to divert the DE filtration system

Programming on/off times for motorized ball valve. So far so good

Working as planed. I diverted the discharge of DE filter to 5 gallon bucket in refugium. Let's me feed corals with no filtration for 1 hour. Then ball valve opens again. This will happen 7 times from 7pm to 7 am.

Using only 1 motorized ball Valve, 1 pump, 1 check valve and a timer. All in sync with feeding times.
