Is there a font colour substitution somewhere that can be set up? Posts like this are pretty much illegible unless I mess with my monitor contrast or switch back to white.

Wait. After looking at this, this isn't an issues with our colors. This looks like a user posted his response in this color. The only way to fix this is for us to take away the ability of our users to use custom colors.

I had the same issue so just switched to light mode.
