Day/Night cycle not working for current led light

I'm trying to set my two current Orbit IC led lights to turn on at 12:00 am, and turn it off at 8:00 pm, but for some reason it is not working. I followed the tutorial on how to set up and save the day and night period, and did everything right as far as I know, but still my lights are failing to perform the cycle and just stays on past the set times. anyone have this same issue and know how to fix it?

Maybe try a shorter schedule (5-10 minutes) to see if you can figure out where the problem lies.
