DD doser bad sound

I have this DD P1 Stp doser that makes this "clack clack" noise when it's in use. I thought it was the head, so I replaced it, but the noise is still there. I've tried everything, I've taken it apart, and I can't find the solution. Has anyone else had this problem and can give me a hand?

As long as the pump is working without issues, I wouldn't worry about it. It sounds pretty normal to me lol.
