Bought a new Yuma that arrived yesterday at 10:30am. Opened it at 4:30 and it seems to have died. Bag was full of black water. Is this thing gone? Assuming it is.

Never ordered online before. What's the experience usually like? Is this typical? Do people usually send a new one??

I've never had that happen personally and 90% of what I get is through online orders. Check the vendor's policies. Typically, guarantees are only valid for a very short period after delivery. If you reach out they might be willing to work with you. Good luck.
