I got my Kenya in the mail today. Double bagged, but the internal bag wasn’t sealed. It was in water. It looks terrible. Any insights?

It's not dead, but it's for sure not happy.

I don't know enough about leathers/soft corals to offer much assistance but if shoot for lower light and see how it reacts.

Kenya trees usually look grave after shipping, yours is alive and will be fine

Is it normal for it to inflate and deflate? 😆
Yes. Its part of cleaning (sloughing of skin to remove dirt, parasites etc) and part of growing. Think of it as a snake/lizard
Good to know. It was doing really well today and now that the lights are ramping down it looks like I feel in the mornings. Right away all I could think of is what is wrong with my parameters. 😑🤣

AHH...Yes at night they will deflate. Largest will be at your peak (noon?) light period.

They are pretty much indestructible,.,,if it dies, then there is really something wrong with your tank LOL.
