dead midas blenny 2 days after copper

trying to figure out what i did wrong. ramped copper up to 1.75..... coper stayed between 1.60 and 1.9 during a 30 day treatment. moved fish to streak tank at 30 days. fish is dead 2 days later. had some black dark blotches under his chin only visible sign i could see. just trying to figure out what i did wrong.

Was he/she sick before the 30 days of copper treatment

i lost fish in the same qt but never with a diagnosed disease

Maybe you should try with only an observation QT for 30 days next time? Only treat if you see signs of disease.
