Just watched this on EVnautilus (one of my favorite youtube channels) on deep sea corals, wondering if it would ever be possible to keep these in an aquarium..... I think it was this video where one of them were over 2000 years old. Very slow growing...

How would you even get the opportunity to buy such a coral? At these depths the cost of collection and their rarity due to slow micron growth would be astronomical.

Not to mentioned most likely needing some kind of pressurized system.
A very, very expensive aquarium it would land up being, but if I was a Sheik or royal family member here it wouldn't be out the question.
