@Slocke have you been to nemo recently? I think im going to get more coral ftom them since everything I got last time is doing well. Wondering what theyve got right now. Any gorgonians?
I haven't been recently and I don't remember them having much in the way of gorgonians last time I was there. Just a couple purple ones. I am planning to go there for some algae soon though.

Also let me know if you want any SPS. I'm overflowing with it

Tank is doing pretty good, I added in this tiny rock from the tbs tank, its got like 7 dusters on it so I nestled it in next to the feather duster garden, which is also doing great right now. Maybe early next year their crowns will get back to their old size. The ones on rock seem to be the same or a similar species I think B. brunnea and theres some red tubeworms on there too.

You might see the big white rock and the background and wonder what is that for? Thats a barnacle cluster I got for the barnacle blennies I plan to add in the future, part of my restocking plan. Benson did not like where it was at all so he dug it up and pushed it away, so I moved it back and he did it again. So for now the fish have spoken lol.

Tried to get a closeup on that rock

I think I'll be building a stand for the 8 gallon tank, if anyone has any tips please share. Ive been looking through the DIY forum so I think ive got a good idea of what to do. Only needs to hold 80lbs.

Honestly (I am not usually this guy), but a decent piece of furniture would probably be fine and less expensive. No particle board! If you are going to build though I think you should look up how cabinets are made and do it out of plywood or maybe go to HD or Lowes and see what a small cabinet would cost nowadays, Its been too many years since I redid my kitchen.

I use a flower pot stand....

I am working my way towards building a cabinet to set it on eventually though. My wife and daughter have a red worm culture that we need to find a home for and I want to get my Phyto started and running again and the cabinet would be the place for it.

Moved a lot of corals again! Dont even feel like taking pictures, the glass is so filthy right now. I ran out of the cleaning vinegar I typically use to clean the outside and target has not restocked it. I attempted to remove the montipora from its frag plug for a cleaner look, now I have 5 montipora frags if you catch my drift. I mounted them in different spots around the reef, they seem to be doing well, added some iodine just because it wasn't exactly a clean cut lol. I also moved the blasto because it really has not been doing well there, you can see if you compare to older pics, too much light and flow I think, I moved the maze brain to its old spot.

Heres some pics, hopefully Ill get a nice macro camera some day. Everything gets a little crunchy? when I zoom in, cant remember the actual term for that. Lights are running low I put them on 50% on a slow ramp up over 7 days since I moved a bunch of stuff.
