Deflated carpet anemone

Hey everyone!!
I just picked up the green carpet anemone a few days ago and it’s not looking good and would like your guises opinion.
He’s deflated and bulging
And believe hasn’t attached his foot yet

Salinity- 35ppm
Alk 8
Pho- .11
Temp 76
PH- 8.0

My opinion is that you don't understand how to keep a reef/fish tank water quality good enough and stable enough for critters that are this difficult to manage.

Slow down with your additions. Don't put anything new in your system until the current critters are stable and happy. Did you feed this anemone?

If that is the stomach pushed out, and it stays that way, I think an antibiotic treatment is in order.
