Hello,
My hammer randomly does this and hasnt looked fully inflated and happy since i bought it. Water parameters are normal. I just moved it a little higher on my aquascape in hopes of getting more light/flow.

I would feed it and also ensure flow is not too high. Hammers deflate (or recede) at times which is common. If they are getting hit hard by flow, they will retract. In your picture the mouth is gaping, which may indicate something else is going on with it. But I would try to feed it.
