After the failure of our AC pump, and a replacement costing a lot of money ( see pictures )... I decided to DIY a bubblemagnus DSP4000 pump to fit instead.

DC pump so a lot quieter. Not a direct fit. Requiring some additional parts but will confirm operation tomorrow when the joined parts all cure overnight.

New pump was £92 postage included with a £8 voucher and a small discount already on the pump.

Now fitted and working just as good. Note the noise has increased a small amount. Great for a skimmer solution that is tucked away from a room where the noise might be an issue.
