diamond watchman gobby question?

i put a lawn mower benney and a diamond watchman gobby in my display tank at the some time the gobby shifted sand all the time after he went all around the tank that lasted about 2or3 days than he went under a rock and has not come out in about a week is this normal

They do setup little burrows in the sand under rocks if they can. Did you see where it went last? Also, can you look underneath your tank?, sometimes you can see where they dug down to the bottom glass.

Mine do all the same. But come out at feeding time.
