Did it again, they're sure bad at this

So if ecotechs goal is to make money, they're really bad at this. I sent in a versa for out of warranty repair and they end up sending me a brand new unit at no cost to me. They even paid for the shipping. I've only been reefing for 4 years, but everytime I've had an issue, Ecotech has always taken great care of me. Can't say enough good things about them.
