I've been feeding my saltwater fish this food. I rotate the foods by using them every other day. The frozen food,I will mix with the rodi water and use that. The wafers, I use that for the snails and goby. It looks like the sailing tang likes it as well. I'm new to this and wanted some feedback. Thanks in advance.

How much and what you feed will likely be limited by your ability to export nutrients. What size is your tank, how are you exporting nutrients, and what's your fish stocking list? I've never used those freshwater products like the insects or algae wafers.

I feed Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef Flakes and Formula 2 pellets every night, just what my fish and cuc consume in a few minutes with all pumps off.

Three times a week I feed nori on a clip to my large sailfin. Sometimes other fish jump in to grab some nori.

Once a week I thaw 3-4 cubes and strain them in a small mesh sieve.

What you feed depends on the fish you have and the levels of No3 and po4 you have in your tank especially at the beginning.

I would stick with strained frozen at the beginning and a flakes maybe once a week.

That all looks fine. My fish love the omega one and I feed NLS as a staple. I don't use wafers and just feed more of the other stuff to get down for the crew.

IMO, more variety is better than one type of food.
