Digitate Montipora issues

I have been keeping a Forest Fire and Bubblegum "digitatas" (probably actually samarensis/altasepta) for a several years with no issues. Recently I added actual digitatas (green, purple, orange, and ROAB) to the tanks with the Bubblegum and Forest Fires corals and noticed that they were dwindling while the real digitatas thrived. I assumed a parasite and just shrugged it off. Recently in a different tank, a branch of the ROAB digitata broke off and fell onto an otherwise healthy Forest Fire colony. Within a week, the entire Forest Fire colony turned grey and died, while the ROAB branch in contact with it looks to be thriving. I assume this is an example of either chemical warfare or direct parasite transference.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

They’re not big on flow like mist acro
Mine does best under medium light and water flow
You stated anything like this- can you provide pics under white lighting?
