I’m dealing with some Dino in my tank, and read @ScottB ’s Treatment Guide - https://www.reef2reef.com/ams/a-dinoflagellate-treatment-guide.841/

However, the guide does not say how to dose PO4. In my confusion I bought Red Sea NO3-PO4-X, but after further research it appears that lowers nitrate and phosphate, not raise it.

Is this the correct thing to add to my tank? If not, what phosphate dosing solution do you recommend?

I already bought the Hanna checkers, and have raised my feeding as much as I feel comfortable. I have not done a water changing or change my socks in over 2 weeks.

I only have the Nitrate one until the Phosphate comes in, and yesterday’s reading was 0.7

You can search here for dosing/increasing nitrates and phosphates, and will get a lot of answers.

I dosed NeoNitro and NeoPhos (at the same time as using Microbacter7), when dealing with my dinos.

This, plus UV, seemed to work for me... and vacuuming sand.

Ordered NeoPhos! I have Microbacter7 and UV already. Thank you!
