Hey all,
I'm pretty shure I have some sort of dinos. The issue is my microscope can't get a very good view on them.

They are cause of me having 0phos. (Am dosing)
I scrubbed and vacuumed yesterday and there was alot of green under most of it. But today the strands seem very very long in some places.
I have uv. All the tank water is currently running through it becuse one side of my aio leaked and I had to shut it off for repairs. I guess that's a good thing though.

But wanted to see if anyone could tell anything from the bad microscope pictures.
I'm considering doing a second blackout. I did it early on but only for about 2 days.(that was 2 or 3 weeks ago)

Thanks

Nope, can’t see anything in the microscope pictures. Can you try again?

I tried to get better pics. But my microscope won't go any higher than 450x.
So here is the clearest ones I got.

400x is all you need for dinos, but yeah nothing identifiable in those pics.

With a small container, scoop up some infected sand, with as little water as possible. Shake it vigorously for a few seconds, then take sample from that and look under microscope again.

Dinos are going to look like this

point of sale just came in at a staggering 0.32.
And nitrates coming in at 5.
But I do want higher phos and nitrates.
But that might be a bit too high but if it helpa with the dinos its fine. For now.
