I would like some opinions on this algae. So about 3 weeks ago, I downsized my very neglected 75 into a 25. I used rock from the 75 and bioballs as well from the sump. The 75 was bare bottom so I added some new pink Fiji sand. The 75 definitely had red cyano but not Dino’s.

About a week ago, I began noticing brown algae and thought they were diatoms. Now I’m starting to notice they are stringy and bubly. I do have red cyano still. I assume the brown stuff are dunks but looking for another opinion. I tested my phosphate and they’re at 0.4, so extremely high.

I’m prepping to do a water change now. Haven’t been able to do one as I broke a RO filter housing when swapping out the filters. Bought a replacement off amazon and of course they sent me a cracked one. Please let me know any suggestions. Thank you
