have 5 that are about done with metro treatment. No copper yet. No visible signs of disease yet one is hiding a lot and when it’s out it just swims in the current . Breathing somewhat heavy. Another has been staying up under the HOB overflow today. They all went from a 10 gal. to a 20 long yesterday with a rally bath in between. I have fresh water dipped a couple but no flukes that I see. They are only eating BBS right now. Been a struggle to get them eating anything else. I don’t see velvet, ich or urenoma nor signs of infection. I previously lost 4 to urenoma. The current group got thru that and have Been running metro for that. Looking for a direction to go, praziquantel?, formalin?,last thing would be copper as they just are not eating enough to have something cause them to have appetite suppression. Could do a bath of something as well.
Looking for help please.

Have put all of my anthias and wrasses through General Cure. Not a problem. The 20 gal QT I use is full cycled for 30+ days using Seachem Stability, which I believe creates a more stable bio condition according to my records. Also used Aquaclear 50 HOB with the foam pad soaked in my sump for over 30 days, a bag of BioMax soaked the same, and lastly, a bubble filter with the foam pad soaked the same. And a small powerhead aimed up actively rippling the water surface. Very stable bio conditions. Zero ammonia, nitrites, nitrates. Didn't even "have" to do water changes other than removing poop off the bottom and of course the two water changes for the GC process. This was after the fish had all been through slowly ramped up 30 full days of Copper Power.

I have most of what you had. Run a big hob and hit the surface with a powerhead. Foam soaked in the sump. Just not 30 days of set up. Fish are usually active and good color. I would love to get them to eat something besides baby brine shrimp. Even tried shaving my frozen mix extra fine but they want brine. Tried mysis, black worms, brine shrimp, oyster feast, white worms and pods. Shaved clams
