I have read here that since GC doesnt fully disolve in tank water, you can use some alcohol to dissolve it.
I'm curious what the exact procedure for doing this is? will using alcohol alter or effect the GC in any way?

It should just help it dissolve better, not change it. Prazipro has oxybispropanol, an alcohol, to carry it.

You want to use as little as you can to dissolve the dose, it will act as a carbon source, like vodka dosing, and too much can lead to a bacterial bloom

A few drops of vodka will fully dissolve 1 packet of GC, but as mentioned above you're right back to the same problem as with Prazipro and bacterial blooms if combining with other medications.

Think I could use NOPOx instead of vodka to dissolve API general cure in a cup? NOPOx has ‘denatured ethanol (methanol)’ according to the product description. Cheers
