Great looking stand! Where did you source the extrusions and what hardware fastens the pieces together?

I bought it directly from the 8020 website. For the frame, Everything is holding together with the Achor Internal fastener, that mean that each piece of 8020 was machined to my specifications and most pieces have 2 or more fasteners attached to it. It’s solid lol

I have attached an image of the fastener I used.

Gotcha, didn't realize that was the name of the company! Thought 8020 was the type of aluminum.

Thats a great stand ! I would love to build one ...am pretty handy ...but I don't have a clue on how to work with that channel aluminum...Not knowing what to order would also be a problem..I guess you have to be fluent in "80/20" language...lol
wish there was a tutorial or something to learn how to build with this material....

also : how did you attach the starboard to the stand ?

Stay tuned, i am planning to create a full tutorial on how i build the stand!

I used L shape bracket and simple wood screws from under the top and bottom shelf. I'll try to take a picture tonight!

Beautiful stand! Thanks for sharing this with everyone. A lot of times, stuff like this isn't that well described and it sounds like you have even more info to come. Definitely following...

The shopping cart is twice the size..
I’m building a bar to hold 2 Kessil lights over this

Straight up from the left corner with 2 bars on a hinge

I wanted to do a build like yours, but I honestly had no idea it could turn out so insanely good.. been rolling around the idea of a JBJ frag tank on an 8020 stand with light bar.. my GF loved your build, which puts me 6 steps ahead.
