DIY ATO from misting system

I have an old Aquazamp misting system from my chameleons I was thinking of repurposing to use as ATO system. The pump may be too strong though, I could at least reuse the 2-3 gal bucket from it. There are aquazamp stickers on the pump, can't peel them off to find pump strength. Anyone else do something similar? I wouldn't use the misting nozzles, just the tubing and maybe the pump.

You can use any pump you want if you have it properly hooked up to float switches.. I used to use the jbj floats with an aqua lifter pump.. currently I have an aqua auto and that little pump fills it back up fast!
