DIY brushless motor controller for jebao slw20

As the title suggests, I'm looking for some insight on connecting my apex controller to a jebao slw-20 wave maker. The slw-20 does not have an input port like other jebao pumps for a 0-10v signal. I have read some posts regarding diy brushless motor controllers and jebao dc return pumps but nothing for a jebao without a signal port. If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I think the SLW-20's are sine wave pumps I don't know if that's why they don't have a port on them.
