I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that the Noopsyche app isn't great to use. A Reef2Reef member created a tool to make it very easy to program your Noopsyche light. Maybe this will help:

I used the android apk to reverse engineer or rather let Claude do that. and build my own macOS app and HA integration works perfectly. But the fan of this thing is driving me insane because it operates at on/off at 100% no pwm what so ever.
