Hey folks,

Do you create your own coral food? What ingredients do you use and do you see positive effects from feeding your corals with it?

Here's my formula created mainly for LPS, but its smaller particles reach some SPS too. What do you think about it, does the ingredients make sense?
Frozen Red Plankton100g
Frozem Green Plankton 100g
Frozen Krill50g
Frozen Mysis50g
Frozen Copepods100g
Omega 3 fish oil2400mg
Aquaforest Amino acids3ml
Aquaforest Fish V1ml
Spirullin tabs20 pcs.
Chlorella tabs20 pcs.

All of the bigger particles food (like krill and mysis) go to the blender and therefore are mixed with the smaller stuff like plankton.

Looks fine to me, I don’t mix it as such, I just use different variations of frozen and just drop it in the water. It breaks up and distributes
