DIY. Fish trap. It works!!!

Old thread, but somebody give the OP a medal! Just successfully tried this exact method to get a Tomini tang that was outgrowing my 55g reef out of it!

It’s a great trap. I have used it twice now. Both times with great success. Just sitting in my chair watching tv and the tank holding the fishing line waiting to close the door. This old thread deserves a regular bump to the home page.

What a clever simple trap! Been trying to catch my cleaner wrasse using the inverted bottle trick... it has zero intentions of venturing inside... going to give this a go now! Thanks!
