Hi, it seems I can't access Fergon in my country, and hoping I can find other products to substitute Fergon for DIY iron supplement, which of the two can be the best substitute for Fergon, and if it is safe to use, Mason Natural Ferrus Gluconate / Doctor's Best, High Absorption Iron with Ferrochel
any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
