Thank you for all the great info! I currently have a diy lifepo4 pack that I built for my golf cart. It is 48v 210ah and 2p16s. I’m in north Florida and will be getting hit by the hurricane soon. I’d like to run my dc return pump to the battery should the power go out. Do you know if I can split the pack into 24v and wire a sure protector straight to it to hook my 24v return pump to?

Sorry. I was dealing with the hurricane myself (South Florida) and didn’t see this til now. Hope all went well for you. I know you can get a step up converter and step 12v up to 24v or higher etc. I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to get a voltage reducer and step it down with something like this. I have never done this before though but hopefully I have given you something to look into.
