DIY Simple Algae Turf Scrubber

I made mine from the outflow of the skimmer. No additional pump needed. I just replaced the gate valve with an adjustable repair coupling. Then to adjust the height of the water in the skimmer, I just raise or lower the pipe/repair coupling. Though the skimmer is way more stable and needs less adjusting than it did with the gate valve. It turns out gravity works better than flow restriction.
