Well you could start with kits..

Not sure it's worth it $$$ wise.
If you part it out you may save $70-ish dollars .
Start with a $70 ballast for all 4 bulbs.
Good reflectors are costly.

For $300 you have all the parts including a frame.

Now specific installs and or specific LEDs/ halides whatever will over ride any cost factors .
