Do Hanna Checkers include everything you need to test?

You will need refills of the solutions and powders, but only after a while.
Depending on how deep you want to go, you might want reference solutions for calibration.
Most people don’t do this.
Only other thing is a lint free cloth to wipe down vials and some RO water to wash the vials.

They usually give you a few started packets or whatevr but you will need to order refills in tandem …

These are the three I want to order to replace used up Red Sea kits. Have I chosen the correct devices?

In my opinion, no, these aren't the testers you should invest in. I would purchase the HI772 to measure Alk, HI782 for Nitrate, and HI774 for phosphate. If you are keeping an SPS dominant tank, swap the HI736 in place of the HI774. Don't bother with pH testing. If you're working with equipment that needs dialed pH measurements, you'll want constant pH monitoring through a probe.
FYI - Red Sea calcium test is easier to administer and more accurate than the Hanna calcium checker.

I would get the phosphate ULR unit.
Get refills for each they only come with 10 or so.
Can you expand on the "keep vials filled with ro" bit? I clean mine with tap water, then dip them in RO before they air dry... Am I potentially augmenting my test results?

Also use a syringe to fill the 10 ml…. Do not trust the marks on the vials

As my Red Sea kits get used up, I'm replacing them with Hanna.
Right now, I need to replace pH, Nitrate and Phosphate. So I will start with purchasing them. I will add ALK and Calcium after the Red Sea gets used up.
The customer service guy at BRS Suggested LOW and not Ultra Low where Phosphates are concerned.
pH is not a number I chase. I'm curious; why do you feel pH testing is a waste?

What are you going to DO if you notice pH isn't what you want it to be? I wouldn't test anything that I don't have a plan for what I will do if the number is outside what I want.
If it's too low, what then? Get and run a skimmer for better gas exchange? Why not just do that anyway?

I personally have only one Hanna checker (low-range P04) and employ Salifert test kits for everything else.
Dealing with the reagents gets tiresome and time consuming.
Also in the camp that thinks testing pH via test kits is a waste of time and money

Well... there are actions a reefer can take if they aren't happy with their pH number, so there are plans for someone unhappy with their pH.
But sometimes, we test pH as a backup to what a probe may be reporting. This is my case. I have a probe and like to check it against a test. Like salinity, I think of pH as a foundational number on which all of our other parameters rest.
To expand on your example, what about the tank that HAS a skimmer and STILL has low pH?
I find it is best in this hobby to anticipate problems and think about how you would approach it BEFORE they may happen.
I use Hanna checkers for all my testing. Mostly with a master kit I bought when I started reefing, but I also have a copper test kit.
I use a 5ml adjustable micropipette to fill my sample vials. I have another 1ml max micropipette that I used to measure the liquid reagents. For about $30 each, I won't go back to using syringes.
